Creating recipes so we can develop a real pleasure eating healthy became for me a true passion as I was researching for alternatives and sustainable solutions to some serious health challenges I was facing a few years ago (diabetes, cholesterol and highly overweight just to name a few).

My passion led me towards completing all kinds of trainings related to global health, recovery and nutrition such as a certification in culinary health accredited by Harvard Medical School and the international institute of lifestyle medicine. I also completed different specialized trainings such as Nutrition and mental health offered in collaboration with Harvard Medical School and Dr Uma Naidoo, a pioneer in this new field called nutrition psychiatry.

I knew I was doing something right when I started to gain more energy and gradually lose weight without dieting or the help of some medication prescribed to control for example diabetes. I lost over 80 pounds without gaining it back the following years. That’s when I knew I had experienced what some calls « sustainable weight loss ». But what truly confirmed that the simple basic notions that I had learned into my nutrition classes truly work are the most recent blood test results I got: no more trace of neither diabetes, cholesterol or other deficiencies! All gone! That meant that I had truly gotten my health back by changing the way I eat.

I didn’t really feel like going public about sharing all the recipes I tested and created during the process of getting my health back. My privacy is too important. What made me change my mind is the regular demands from people who asked for my recipes. So here is the purpose of this project: I am not going to share anything personal about me BUT I am happy to share all the different recipes with the world that led me towards a healthier version of me ☺️🌱🙏
